What is the cancellation policy?

Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days incur a charge equal to the first night's stay. Special offers, peak-season bookings, and non-refundable rates may have different terms — please check your confirmation email for details.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please contact reception in advance. Complimentary luggage storage is available for guests arriving early or departing late.

Is a deposit required at booking?

A credit card guarantee or a deposit of one night's stay is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable within the cancellation window. For peak season (July–August), a 30% prepayment may be required.

Mount Athos Resort offers a selection of rooms and suites in the main hotel building, as well as private bungalow suites set within the resort’s gardens. Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all rooms and suites are equipped with individual climate control (heating and cooling), ensuring year-round comfort. The system is whisper-quiet and features eco-friendly energy management.

What amenities are included in the room?

Every room includes: luxury bedding and mattress, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat-screen Smart TV with international channels, Nespresso machine, minibar (restocked daily), premium toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, in-room safe, and a private balcony or terrace.

Do you have connecting or family rooms?

Yes, we offer connecting rooms ideal for families. Baby cots can be arranged at no additional charge for children under 3.

Is there accessibility for guests with mobility needs?

We have fully accessible rooms with widened doorways, roll-in showers, grab bars, and lowered amenities. The resort's main areas, restaurants and pool deck are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us at booking so we can ensure the best experience.

Occupancy varies by room type: Rooms accommodate 2 adults + 1 child, Suites up to 2 adults + 2 children, and Bungalows up to 3 adults .

Do rooms have sea views?

The majority of our rooms offer sea views — either direct frontal views or lateral panoramas of the Aegean and Mount Athos peninsula. Garden-view rooms overlook our landscaped Mediterranean gardens. View type is specified during booking.

Is housekeeping daily?

Yes, daily housekeeping is included with full linen change. Turndown service is provided each evening in suites and bungalows. For environmental sustainability, you may opt out of daily linen changes.

Can I request a late check-out?

Late check-out until 14:00 is available on request and subject to availability. Extended check-out until 18:00 may be arranged for a supplemental fee.

Mount Athos Resort features two outdoor pools: a 40-metre infinity pool and a dedicated kids’ pool. The main infinity pool overlooks the harbour and the Aegean, while the kids’ pool is shallow and designed for safe and easy play.

Are water sports available?

Yes, water sports are available at Mount Athos Resort. A water sports centre on the beach offers canoe, paddleboard, and snorkelling rentals, as well as boat hire for exploring the coastline.
