How do I make a reservation at Mount Athos Resort?

Booking directly ensures the best available rate, with complimentary upgrades subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days incur a charge equal to the first night's stay. Special offers, peak-season bookings, and non-refundable rates may have different terms — please check your confirmation email for details.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please contact reception in advance. Complimentary luggage storage is available for guests arriving early or departing late.
Is a deposit required at booking?
A credit card guarantee or a deposit of one night's stay is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable within the cancellation window. For peak season (July–August), a 30% prepayment may be required.
Do you offer group or event bookings?
Yes, we welcome group bookings for weddings, corporate retreats and special celebrations. Our events team can tailor packages including accommodation, dining and exclusive venue hire. Please contact [email protected] for a personalised proposal.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Absolutely. You can modify dates, room type, or guest count by contacting our reservations team directly. Changes are subject to availability and any rate differences that may apply. We recommend making changes at least 7 days before arrival.
Do you offer a best-rate guarantee?
Yes. If you find a lower rate for the same room type and dates on any other website within 24 hours of booking directly with us, we will match that rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and cash (EUR). Payments are processed in Euros (€).
Can I book specific room numbers or views?
While we cannot guarantee specific room numbers, we are happy to note your preferences (sea view, higher floor, quiet location) and will do our best to accommodate them.
Is travel insurance recommended?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Greece's public healthcare is limited for non-EU visitors, and insurance provides peace of mind for your holiday.
