With more than 600 tombs currently recorded, the cemetery was used from the Archaic Period to the Roman Period, until 17th century B.C. It spreads to the coastal part of Ierissos with several types of tombs in at least two or three superimposed layers.
Located in a semi-basement space on the beach, this relatively small aquarium houses fish, sea species, and shellfish from the gulf of Ierissos. A favorite spot for the young visitors who stick their faces to the glass with great curiosity.
